"Simple Twist of Fate" is a song by Bob Dylan, released on his 15th studio album Blood on the Tracks in 1975.
It was covered by Concrete Blonde on their Still in Hollywood collection, by Joan Baez on Diamonds & Rust, and Bryan Ferry covered the song in his album Dylanesque, a collection of Dylan covers. It also was covered by Jeff Tweedy on the soundtrack for the film I'm Not There. It was covered by the Jerry Garcia Band and included on their 2-disc album Jerry Garcia Band - Live. Most recently it has been included as a bonus track, covered by Stephen Fretwell on his album Man On The Roof
