Simone Rainford
Simone Rainford (born 1975) is a British female R&B singer and one of the members of All Saints 1.9.7.5. In 1994 Rainford started the band with Melanie Blatt and Shaznay Lewis, and was the lead singer on their first single Silver Shadow.
The group recorded three singles together, however the singles were not successful and the musical views of Rainford on the one hand and Blatt and Lewis on the other hand were an increasing source of tension in the band. In the summer of 1995 Rainford left the band. After Rainford's departure, ZZT Records dropped the remaining duo from their label; they re-emerged as All Saints.
