Simone Fautario (born 12 February 1987 in Milan) is an Italian football (soccer) left-back. He currently plays for A.C. Pistoiese on loan from Inter Milan.
He is the captain of Primavera team in 2006-07 season.
He joined Inter since 1998 from U.S. Nuovo Calcio Milano. He played few pre-season friendly matches, and made his first team debut against F.C. Messina Peloro, 29 November 2006.
