Simon Maxwell, 13th Baron Farnham

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Simon Kenlis Maxwell, 13th Baron Farnham (born 12 December 1933) holds an Irish peerage title.

He is the son of Somerset Arthur Maxwell, and grandson of Arthur Maxwell, 11th Baron Farnham. He married on the 5 May 1964 to Karol Ann Prior-Palmer (born 19 December 1938), daughter of Maj.-Gen. George Erroll Prior-Palmer and Katherine Edith Bibby. On his brother's death, he succeeded to the baron title on the 22 March 2001. However, he has not successfully proven his succession to the Baronet of Calderwood title and is therefore not on the Official Roll of the Baronetage. The case is under review by the Registrar of the Baronetage (for more information, follow this external link).
