Simon Graham-Clare is a key executive in the UK Film Council, US. He is responsible for marketing and public relations activity on behalf of the Organization. In addition, he develops extensive business relationships within the entertainment industry including studio executives, filmmakers, agents/managers, producers and financiers to facilitate motion picture projects that could benefit from UK tax incentives and co-production treaties. He also helps to create awareness and heighten profiles of established and emerging British filmmakers and artists within the US entertainment industry.

His background is in publicity where he worked at Warner Bros. Studios. Realizing his public relations know-how and intuition at an early stage they assigned him to the London set of one of their most anticipated film productions to date: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. He continued to work on the franchise, staying on-board for the hit sequel Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. At the end of principal photography, he continued to lend his publicity skills to the Studio, working on the UK campaigns for such films as Two Weeks Notice (starring Hugh Grant and Sandra Bullock) and Ghost Ship.
