Simon Friend

Simon Friend (born 17 May 1967, Upper Norwood, South East London, England) is a singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist (guitar, harmonica, mandolin, banjo and mandocello) with the contemporary British rock band, The Levellers. He went to Repton School in Derbyshire, a top public school, between 1980-1985. He was in Brook House but did not participate in the musical life of the school, in contrast to his brother Mark who played the French Horn.
