Simon Collins (born December 16, 1973 in Pontefract) is a professional footballer, currently without a club after being released by Grantham Town.
He started his career as a trainee at Huddersfield Town, before joining Plymouth Argyle in 1997. After leaving Macclesfield Town in 2001, he went to host of non-league clubs.
His brother, Sam, currently plays for Coca-Cola League 1 side Hartlepool United, having joined them in the January 2008 transfer window.
