Simon Barnett is a radio and television presenter in New Zealand. In his career he has hosted:

- Musical quiz show "Face the Music" (1992) TV Series.
- "Wheel of Fortune" (New Zealand version - took over from Philip Leishman)
He also did acting work, most notably appearing in a New Zealand feature film, Ruby and Rata (1990).
As well as co-hosting the morning slot on 91ZM and currently More FM in Christchurch for many years with Phil Gifford, latterly Gary McCormick.
He was very active in voicing his opinions against the controversial Child Discipline Bill, proposed in New Zealand Parliament in 2007.
Barnett attended Ashburton College, and is a devout Christian and is married with four children.
His most recent project is the New Zealand version of Stars In Their Eyes currently screening on TV1 at 8.30pm on Tuesday nights.
