Simolestes is an extinct genus of pliosaurs that lived in the Middle to Late Jurassic. Three species are currently known:
- Simolestes keileni from the Bajocian of France
- Simolestes vorax from the Callovian Oxford Clay Formation of England
- Simolestes indicus from the Tithonian of India
