- This is a Chinese name; the family name is Sima (司馬).
Sima Zhou was an officer of the Kingdom of Wei during the Three Kingdoms Period of China. Sima Zhou was the sixth son of the famous strategist Sima Yi. Sima Zhou was known amongst Wei as the "Fire General". During Wei's campaign against Wu, Sima made a stand with over 50,000 troops, along with joining Wang Jun, who forced Wu to their surrender.
It is said that while at a banquet with Liu Shan he had a heart attack while laughing
