Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws, and the stricter requirements of Wikipedia's non-free content policies, because:

The image is a low-resolution screenshot of participants in the ITV series "Simply the Best".
It is used only to depict the logo (also in low resolution) and some of the individuals involved.
No commercial gain could be conceivably made of the image.
Additionally, the programme has been cancelled and therefore no ongoing use could be made of the image (e.g. on a TV listings site) nor is it suitable for production of counterfeit goods.
