A depiction of a region in SimCity 4 (with Rush Hour installed). Image taken by self; region is pre-made by Maxis, and developed by Wren Weburg (obtainable from SC4EVER), with no additional mods or user-made contents installed.

The image is intended to depict the following features:

• Depiction of various cities with different characteristics and functions.
• Depiction of city and mayor names, as well as map borders.
• Depiction of the combined terrain and landscape.
• Minor details (clouds and aircraft).

The author asserts the image qualifies for fair use for the following reasons:

1. EA Games and its affiliates (including Maxis), the copyright holders of the game, have not released screenshots into public domain.
2. The image is needed to critically illustrate an aspect in full detail and improve the quality of the articles in question, but is only to be used on articles related to the SimCity series.
3. The image is not intended to hinder the copyright holders' ability to market and sell its games.
4. The original image has been decreased in size to 800 pixels in width from 1280 pixels, in accordance to the fair use policy of low-resolution versions only. The author asserts that the quality of the image would be degraded if the image size is decreased any further.
