Let me address a few of your points.
I remember quite well that the article's name was "Davey P.", and I felt (correctly) that you would know exactly which article I was talking about.
Yes, I bypassed the process. This is something that administrators can do - we can, if we feel it is necessary, delete an article without taking it through the entire AfD process. I showed it to several other administrators, and they agreed with me that it was not an article worth keeping. I do concede, however, that "garbage article" was rather a harsh term.
You've made multiple genuine edits to articles in the past; that's why you haven't been blocked as an unrepentant vandal. However, Davey P. was full of indicators that it was a lie, a hoax, a fictitious made-up joke, and thus I (acting on behalf of multiple administrators) deleted it.
I do not bear you any ill will, and would (again) like to apologize for any perceived threat to your person.
