Houtekins-Kets by Palestinian terrorists and the Libian government from their yacht Silco in the waters of the Mediterranean Sea in August 1985.

None of your source able you to accuse the libian gouvernment. See also my comentaries in Said Al Nasr.--Ymulleneers 21:17, 18 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] REPETITION

The accusations against the belgian gouvernement are too deep. You must accept that the lenght of emprisonment are finite in belgium for every accusation. I realy need a source. The fact is only that the family have waited the normal liberation of a terrorist who have ended his penalty. I have no conviction of an influence of the gouvernment in it, if you have please show it by primary source such as the prime minister of the time, or a member of the gouvernment. The justice is not a part of gouvernment and the liberation is a decision of justice.--Ymulleneers 11:20, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

See [1], [2], [3] and [4], which clearly shows a deal was made. Mark Eyskens was then minister of foreign affairs, but my hunch is that Albert Raes was the one who negotiated. Secondary sources are just fine here. If you want a primary source, I suggest you contact the ministry of foreign affairs directly. Intangible2.0 01:54, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
This parliamentary document [5] might shed some light as well. Intangible2.0 02:23, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
