Silvia Costa (born May 4, 1963 in Pinar del Río Province) is a retired Cuban high jumper.
She is known for winning medals at the 1985 IAAF World Indoor Championships and the 1993 World Championships. She also has three medals from the Universiade. Her personal best jump, set in 1989, is 2.04 metres, which puts her ninth in the all-time performers list.
Costa is married to Spanish citizen José Sanleandro. She has a daughter, Nathalie, with former Cuban 400m runner Lázaro Martínez. Nathalie Martínez is an able hurdler.[1][2]
