Silvia Armeni (born 1952) is an Italian-born Canadian wildlife artist.
Born in Bari, Italy, she graduated from Rome's "Liceo Artisto". Her first one-woman show in 1975, was shortly after graduation. To pursue her lifelong dream to become a professional artist, she moved to Toronto, Ontario in 1979.
Her body of work includes collages of medieval Italian suburbs or Venetian canals which take shape as precious as an architectural drawing. Coloured fabric pieces are glued together by the hundreds, creating luminose and vivacious scenes. She also creates oil paintings of Canadian country life. Her work hangs in multiple galleries, and she has exhibited at the Buckhorn Wildlife Art Festival four times by 2003.
