The Silver-backed Needletail (Hirundapus cochinchinensis) is a species of swift in the Apodidae family. It is found in Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
