Siltronic AG，is a Munich based company, which is one of the top Silicon Wafer suppliers in the world. It is 100% owned by Wacker Chemie AG. There are production sites in Germany, USA, Singapore and Japan.

Siltronic AG sells Silicon Wafers with diameter from 100mm to 300mm with many different features such as:

• Crystal growth according to Czochralski method or Float Zone method
• Polished, epitaxial, as cut, lapped, etched surface
• Argon Annealed wafers

Siltronic AG and Samsung Electronic of South Korea are currently building a new silicon wafer factory in Singapore.
