Silona Bonewald is the founder of the League of Technical Voters, an Austin, Texas based 501(c)3 nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to motivating and assisting technical experts to improve lawmaking and governmental process. She is also on the board of directors of the Texas Association for NonProfit Organizations. She was previously on the board of directors of EFF-Austin, and a lobbyist for the ACLU. She lives and works in Austin, Texas.
