Silent Hill 3 Original Soundtracks is the soundtrack of video game music from the survival horror game, Silent Hill 3. The album contains musical tracks from the game composed by Akira Yamaoka. The soundtrack was released in Japan on July 16, 2003 with a price of ¥2,548 bearing the catalog number KOLA-038. A version of the soundtrack was also packaged with the Silent Hill 3 game in North America. The version is identical to Silent Hill 3 Original Soundtracks except that it excludes track #26.

"Lost Carol" was sampled by dubstep artist Burial in the song "Endorphin" on his 2007 album Untrue.
