Silent Assault is an unlicensed game created for the Nintendo Entertainment System by Color Dreams. You play as the only one that was unaffected by an alien power, as the Earth's military forces are under control from the deadly alien force.

[edit] Gameplay

A alien power has taken over earth, and you are the only one who is not affected by these aliens. You gather additional armament while you engage in enemy infantry. The games contains a total of 8 levels. In Silent Assault, your amount of lives are represented by how many commandos you have. Your health in game is represented by small shields displayed on screen. At the start of every game you begin with 3 commandos, each processing 3 shields. When you come into contact with an enemy or bullets, you lose half a shield on your current commando; when a commando is out of shields you loose that commando. You can gather hearts to gain back shields, these hearts appear randomly after gunning down enemies.
