1. No free alternative can exist given the likeness of the character Sil is copyrighted to the BBC and/or the character's creator, Philip Martin;
2. It is a low resolution copy of a screenshot from the television serial Vengeance on Varos;
3. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the television serial in any way;
4. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the television serial;
5. The image is the primary means of identification for the character, thus using this image to identify the character is thought fair use.
