Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences' is an Indian medical college located in Sikkim.

SMIMS was started in 2001, with its first batch of MBBS students joining on 10th October, 2001. SMIMS was started as a joint venture between Sikkim government and Manipal group.

Apart from MBBS, the college also awards degrees in paramedical courses like BPT., MSC., BSC nursing and DMLT in medical fields. The 1st first batch consisted of 100 students, which however came down to 50 from the 4th batch. It has now been recognised by the Medical Council of India.
