Faroe Stamps: "According to local tradition, this stone with a carved Cross once was a part of the first church of the Faroe Islands, which the viking chief Sigmundur Brestisson built on his home island Skúvoy"
If Sigmundur built the church, his tombstone was probably not part of the construction?
