Signatures and Authentication For Everyone

Signatures and Authentication For Everyone (SAFE), is a set of enforced standards that create a trusted community for legally enforceable Business to Business and Business to Government digitally signed transactions within the global biopharmaceutical industry. This community currently consists of biopharmaceutical companies, supply chains, other business partners, and regulatory agencies.
SAFE is an initiative sponsored by the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA), and the International Federation for Animal Health, with support from the world’s leading biopharmaceutical companies and business partners, such as contract research organizations (CROs). The initiative also includes the participation of government regulatory agencies and other associations. SAFE is a global initiative, with participants in Asia, the Americas and Europe.
