Sigillo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Perugia in the Italian region Umbria, located about 35 km northeast of Perugia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,483 and an area of 26.3 km².[1]
The municipality of Sigillo contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Fontemaggio, Val di Ranco, and Villa Scirca.
Sigillo borders the following municipalities: Costacciaro, Fabriano, Fossato di Vico, Gubbio.
