Siem Offshore (OSE: SIOFF) is an international supply and subsea shipping company registered on the Cayman Islands with main offices in Kristiansand, Norway. It operates 23 vessels, with additional 17 newbuildings. The fleet includes platform supply vessels, anchor handling tug supply vessels, multipurpose field- and ROV support vessels, well stimulation vessels, scientific core drilling vessels and crew vessels. In addition the subsidiary Siem Consub operates 10 vessels in Brazil. Siem Industries (38%) and Rovde Invest (19%) are the largest owners.

The company was founded on July 1, 2005 as a spinn-off from Subsea 7. In September the same year it bought Rovde Shipping and has since ordered a substantial number of new vessels, primarily platform supply vessels.
