This page was entitled "Scissor kick" which was absurd since it was about the sidestroke and only incidentally mentioned the kick. But there is a much better page called "Side stroke" and this one really ought to be just deleted. I think. ;Bear 18:13, 2005 Jun 26 (UTC)

Better, move Side stroke to Sidestroke, which is the more common name as far as I'm aware. --Quuxplusone 23:04, 13 September 2005 (UTC)

I'm sorry, but I cannot accept that anyone except you rigid, stoic wikipedians would specify whether they mean 'Sidestroke' or 'Side stroke' when they talk about this particular swimming style. --81.97.194.11 18:22, 7 December 2006 (UTC
