Sidney Corbett

Sidney Corbett (born 1960 in Chicago) is an American composer based in Germany.
He studied at the University of California, San Diego, and earned his doctorate from Yale University in 1989. His output includes much vocal music, as well as works for the stage, orchestral and ensemble music, and solo instrumental music.
One of his pieces, Valse Triste has ended up published inside the clarinet edition of "Solos For Schools by Kenneth Bray & Paul Green.
