Sidney A Fitzwater (1953) is a judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He was appointed to the court in 1983 by Ronald Reagan and since 2007 he has served as Chief Judge of the court.
He earned a BA from Baylor University in 1975 and from Baylor University School of Law earned a JD in 1976. George Prescott Bush served as his court clerk.[1]
