Side by Side (pricing game)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Side by Side is a pricing game on the American television game show The Price Is Right. Debuting on May 10, 1994, this game is played for a four-digit prize, worth between $2,000 and $10,000.
[edit] Gameplay
The contestant is shown two tiles on the game board, each with a two-digit number printed on it. To win the prize, they must determine in which order the two tiles should be placed to form the correct price of the prize.
Upon winning (as shown to the right), the correct price lights up and flashes; if the game is lost, a squished "SORRY" appears in the place where the first (or last, depending on which side the contestant has chosen) digit would have lit up.
The game is very similar in concept to the pricing game Flip Flop and Coming or Going.
