Siddharth Majumdar

Siddharth Majumdar is an Indian citizen who became notorious in Singapore for molesting girls, perpetrating snatch thefts and burning a two year-old with a cigarette [1]. He was known as The Terror of Yishun.
In 1999, Singapore Chief Justice Yong Pung How sentenced him to reformative training, believing it would "shake him up". But in 2002, he was back in court for molesting a nine year-old and a ten year-old, and forcing them to perform oral sex on him. In 2002, Chief Justice Yong sentenced him to 18 years in jail [2].
