[edit] Possibly skewed perspective.
I noticed that the page seems to present sick leave from a somewhat skewed perspective. Specifically, the "Procedures on sickness absence reporting" section seems to assume a relatively micromanaged environment of day-to-day work. Many occupations, eg software development, University professor, actuary, are often subject to more relaxed reporting requirements due to their job being less time-sensitive. 216.36.186.2 (talk) 18:37, 5 February 2008 (UTC)
