Sickness and Health

Sickness and Health is an album by The Semibeings released by Shimmy Disc in 1995. Produced by Mark Kramer, it was Shimmy Disc's 78th release. Kramer stated on Shimmy Disc's website that he considered it to be in the top five Shimmy Disc releases. Released worldwide, it garnered some attention underground, but mostly went unnoticed to the rest of the world. Some tracks from this album were featured on MTV's Real World and Road Rules episodes during the 1990s.
