Sick Girl is a 2007 American independent horror film written and directed by Eben McGarr.
It is the story of a girl named Izzy who is raising her younger brother, Kevin, after their older brother leaves for the Marines. They live on a large farm with an old barn. In that old barn, Izzy tortures people that she has abducted, unbeknownst to Kevin. When Kevin is bullied at school, Izzy decides to give the bully a tour of the barn.
Sick Girl marks the return of Stephen Geoffreys to horror after a seventeen year absence.
