"Sick 2 Def" is the second limited edition vinyl single from UK rapper Plan B, a double a-side with "No Good". The single was the second taken from his debut album Who Needs Actions When You Got Words. The single was released on 19th December 2005 and was his first for 679 Recordings. The single did not have a music video, despite the other a-side "No Good" having one. The song is an acousic recording and the first Plan B single to be entirely written by himself.Sick 2 def was made to show how people blame artists and explicit lyrical content in music as the reason people turn psychotic.
