Carsten Bo Eriksen (b. October 2, 1973 in Copenhagen, Denmark) is a danish 21st century composer and visual artist. He has composed contemporary, rock, jazz and film music. [1]

Carsten Bo Eriksen studied composition at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Mass. (USA) (1993) and later at the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen (1997-2003) as a pupil of Ib Nørholm and Hans Abrahamsen. In 2000 he studied balinese gamelan music in Ubud, Bali.
Established the composer-ensemble Nordlys in 1997 and the rockband Melonheads in 2002. In 2004, he received the 3-year Grant from The Danish Arts Foundation.

Carsten Bo Eriksen works in the field of multimedia, with a syntese of contemporary classical musik, minimalism and rock music, often integraded with the visual media, art movie etc. [2]
