Talk:Shukuba
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
[edit] 駅
The article states that: Starting in the Nara and Heian periods in Japan, they (shuku) were developed according to official policies. But this dictionary says that the begining of shukuba is the Kamakura period. As far as I know, the "stations" of the Nara and Heiyan periods are not the same "stations" of late medieval Japan.--202.71.90.139 (talk) 03:53, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
- It's me again. I retranslated the sentence in question. I made a mistake when initially translating from the Japanese Wikipedia article months ago. I think it makes a little more sense now. Thanks for keeping me on my toes. Douggers (talk) 04:40, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
- Also, you should start an account. You seem to be making quality edits and you're definitely making some good comments to fix up articles. Douggers (talk) 04:57, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
- Thank you, but unfortunatly I have neither time nor appropriate English writing abilities to contribute to english wiki :). Therefore I interfere only in talk pages using IP! Thank you again, have a nice work here! --202.71.90.139 (talk) 13:14, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
