Shut Up and Dance: The Dance Mixes was Paula Abdul's second album release in 1990. It contained dance remixes of songs from Forever Your Girl and one medley. The album was another success for Abdul and went Platinum (1.5 million US) and 5+ million worldwide in July 1990. The album peaked at #7 on the Billboard 200.
