"Shut Down, Part II" is an instrumental song written by Carl Wilson for the American pop band The Beach Boys as a reprise for the song Shut Down (released on the albums Surfin' USA and Little Deuce Coupe. It was released on their 1964 album Shut Down Volume 2.
It opens with Mike Love's count-in, then a fuzz part (from the Shut Down bridge) follows. The song itself is a 12-bar rock'n'roll, and each tenth bar instead of usual G or F major is changed to G# major.
