Shusaku Nishikawa (born June 18, 1986 in Usa, Ōita Prefecture, Japan) is a Japanese football player, currently playing for Oita Trinita. He is a goalkeeper.

Nishikawa is a product of Oita's youth system and was promoted to the top team in 2005. Nishikawa made his J-League debut on July 2, 2005 in a match against Yokohama F. Marinos. He became a regular in the 2006 season.
He was a member of the Japan team for the 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship finals.
