Shuckey Duckey

Shuckey Duckey is the stage name of comedian Cecil Armstrong. He has appeared on "Def Comedy Jam". He has also been the ringmaster of the UniverSoul Circus. He is known for the catch phrase "Shuckey Duckey Quack Quack".
