In the lead paragraph, "cows milk".

In the Description, "cows' milk".

The category is "Cow's-milk cheeses".

????

I was going to change "cows milk" to "cow's milk" (which I think is correct.) Then I saw the two other variations and decided the subject is fraught with complications. Wanderer57 (talk) 02:05, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
