It would be remarkable if an ISI highly cited faculty member who is a chaired professor at a major research university were NOT notable. What's the problem? Why is this person flagging so many FSU faculty as nonnotable, where there is clearly notability?

I wonder if those who have flagged this article have checked scholar.google.com -- type in Shridhar Sathe and you will see that he is one of the most cited scientists in the world in the field of food science!!! This article references his ISI highly cited profile. What, exactly, is your concern?
