Shrivastava (literally The Guru) is a common surname in Northern India, generally used among the Kayastha caste. Spelling variations include Srivastava, Shrivastava, Srivastav, Srivastwa, and Shreevastava.

Shrivastava is one of the 12 clans of Brahma Kayastha.
