Shreveport Regional Airport (IATA: SHVICAO: KSHVFAA LID: SHV) is a public airport located four miles (6.43 km) southwest of the central business district of Shreveport, a city in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, United States. The airport's runways and terminal are visible to traffic along Interstate 20, a main east-west corridor of the Southern United States.

As per Federal Aviation Administration records, the airport had 319,960 passenger boardings (enplanements) in calendar year 2005 and 306,832 enplanements in 2006.[2] According to the FAA's National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2007-2011, it is a primary commercial service airport.[3]

Shreveport Regional Airport has two runways: 14/32 with an asphalt paved surface measuring 8,351 x 200 ft. (2,545 x 61 m) and 5/32 with an asphalt paved surface measuring 6,201 x 150 ft. (1,890 x 46 m).[1]

For the 12-month period ending November 30, 2007, the airport had 56,575 aircraft operations, an average of 155 per day: 54% air taxi, 34% general aviation 9% military, and 4% local general aviation. There are 59 aircraft based at this airport: 39% single engine, 31% multi-engine, 29% jet aircraft and 1% helicopters.[1]
