Shree Jnaneshwari Peetha ( Konkani : श्री ज्ञानेश्वरी पीठ , ಶ್ರೀ ಜ್ಞಾನೇಶ್ವರಿ ಪೀಠ )is a Gurupeetha of all the Shankar Daivajnas.Located in the village of Karki ,in Honavar of North Canara district of Karnataka state in India

The present pontiff of the matha is His Holiness Shree Shree Shree Satchidananda Jnaneshwar Bharati Mahaswami ( श्री श्री श्री सच्चिदानंद ज्ञानेश्वर भारती ). Born to a learned brahmin ,Vedmurthy Ramachandra Bhatt Revankar and Sitabai in Honavar , was initiated into Sanyasa by His Holiness Shree Shree Shree Abhinavodanda Vidyanrusimha Bharati at a young age of 8 and Pattabhisheka was performed by His Holiness Shree Shree Shree Bharati Theertha Mahaswami of Sringeri Sharada Peetha.His Holiness Shree Sree Shree Satchidananda Jnaneshwar Bharati Mahaswami is a scholar of Sanskrit,Advaita,and other Shastras.

The matha offers free lodging and boarding facilities to its devotees and it has a big marriage hall, with a capacity to accommodate about 600 people. This math is in Honnavar which is on the Kanyakumari - Mumbai National Highway 17. The nearest railhead, Honnavar Railway Station is on the Konkan Railways.
