User talk:Showlogic
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
[edit] Re:ShowLogic
I deleted the article because it was written more like an advertisement than a Wikipedia article. There were claims such as "No other tool comes close to giving you the same level of control, flexibility and data tracking" and "ShowLogic is a unique presentation platform" that seem more suitable for the software's own web page.
If you look at the Powerpoint article, it doesn't make such claims (at least it shouldn't); it has a neutral tone and explains what it does and backs up claims with reliable, third-party sources.
You are welcome to re-write the article in a neutral tone. Make sure that the article includes information on why the software is notable by Wikipedia's criteria. It might be a good idea to work on it in your userspace before putting it in the main article space, to make sure it doesn't get deleted before you're done with it. For example, you could start it at User:Showlogic/ShowLogic draft. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me on my talk page. ... discospinster talk 14:45, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
