[edit] "spelling mistakes" in Football

Please do not "correct" the use of British English spellings in articles where the original article was written with those spellings. This is the English wikipedia, not an American one. Thanks. Geoffrey Spear 18:45, 31 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Thanks

Arigato, Shot-san (I guess the "-san" doesn't really work for some users, myself included =P), for reverting the vandalism done to my page. I look forward to possibly talking to you again in the near future. Keep up the great work here at Wikipedia; it's truely appreciated! Happy editing! // PoeticDecay 20:57, 31 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Question.

I responded to Nukleoptra and saw your message. Here is my question: how did you find out about Nukleoptra, and how did you know about me (as I'm the only user that Nukleoptra has posted a message to. I guess you looked at Nukleoptra's contributions)? Did you check the list of new users and see Nukleoptra? I'm only curious, that's all. Acalamari 19:00, 26 February 2007 (UTC)

Message I left on my talk page: Inconvenience? No! I was just asking, that was all. You caused no inconvenience at all! :) Acalamari 19:05, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
Haha well that is good to hear. Happy wiki'ing and maybe we will cross again.Shotmenot 19:10, 26 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Chernobyl

Sounds like something a Ukrainian would say. I have a verifiable, reliable, authoritative source (one Y. L.(ignore this, since it is just some people from my school using my name for stupid things.)) that states quite clearly that the Chernobyl disaster was the Ukraine's fault.

You state that you have a reliable source, but there seem to be more sources that say it is the USSR's fault. The Ukraine was nonexistent at the time of Chernobyl, so it could not be the blame of the disaster. It might be Ukraine's problem as of current, but that is a different story than fault. If you would like this information to be added to the page, put it on the Talk page of Chernobyl Disaster, let others research it, if its valid then it will be put up. [edit] Notability of ILike

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on ILike, by 207.47.30.226, another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because ILike seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting ILike, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Please note, this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate ILike itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. --Android Mouse Bot 2 21:29, 30 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] AfD nomination of ILike

An editor has nominated ILike, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/ILike and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 14:20, 20 January 2008 (UTC)
