[edit] Professional Wrestling Career
Showtime JB Cool graduated high school from North Miami Beach Sr in 1993. He went from there to the University of Kentucky where he left after two years in 1996. He later went back to college and received his BFA in Visual Communications but not before he started his professional wrestling training under Rusty Brooks in South Florida, where he met his first ever tag-team partner Chasyn Rance known then as the "Showstoppers."
During 1999, Showtime made his first appearance for the now defunct FOW Future of Wrestling in a battle royal. It was during that time he was contacted by his half-brother John Williams aka Johnny Kraze (RIP) to start training with him at Duke "The Dumpster" Droese school in Miami, not knowing Showtime was already trained. After he arrived, he insisted on telling his half-brother and new found friends Mike & Steve to get trained by Rusty Brooks because they felt that they wasn't receiving the proper training. During one day in class "Soulman" Alex G came by. After asking him to take over the school, the school became a place of credibility attracting guys like Ryan O' Reilly Deep South Wrestling & Hassan Assad MVP. The school gained a reputation while at the same time in the year 2000 a new company was on the search worldwide for talent. That company was the UWA Urban Wrestling Alliance which aired nationally on UPN33. They arrived in Florida holding try-outs for talent to take guys to California. They held try-outs at Rusty Brooks school where the best in Florida auditioned and they also held try-outs at "Duke "The Dumpster" Droese's school which where they selected three talents: Main Man Steve, "Soulman" Alex G, and "Showtime" JB Cool as the talents they wanted on their roster from Florida. While in California, Showtime wrestled Jimmy Snuka jr who was billed as Solo Deuce of Deuce & Domino and had the opportunity to work with his trainer "Soulman" Alex G, Mike Modest, Jorge Estrada, Money Sonny Siaki and others. After the promotion failed after one year Showtime began working as one-half of The Playerz Club with Main Man Steve. They had a successfull run in the now defunct FSCW Four Star Championship Wrestling where they were the first ever Tag-Team champions. Showtime has since then have been working for indy promotions.
Showtime is regarded as one of the best entertaining, technical wrestlers in Florida. He has wrestled the likes of Jimmy Snuka Jr, Luminous, Ryan O'Reilly, Norman Smiley, Chris Candido (RIP), Ricky Vega, Antonio Banks, and The Punisher. He currently competes for CCW Coastal Championship Wrestling based out of Coral Springs, Florida, DCW Dynamite Championship Wrestling based out of Orlando, Florida, and TWE Texas Wrestling Entertainment.
